Job Description:
- Mentor and equip regional coordinators to grow in their walk with Christ and as Christ-like leaders and to meet their objectives of training and mentoring national leaders and launching pro-life student teams
- Mentor national leaders to empower student leaders to save lives through education about the value of human life and support for those in unexpected pregnancies
- Provide guidance to regional coordinators in their planning and implementation of training events in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe
- Travel to various countries to assist regional coordinators with leading training events on pro-life apologetics, true love, leadership, etc.
- Connect with organizations in alignment with our mission, denomination leaders, and mission partners to further the cause and raise the funds for the position
- Lead in prayer, mentor team members in their faith in Jesus, and share the gospel in training events
- Connect with individuals and mission partners to raise funds for the position (this is a fully-supported raised mission role; if accepted, you will be given training and mentorship on how to support raise your salary)
- Full-time preferred, part-time applicants will also be considered

Requirements:

- Excellent ability to lead and manage
- Strong written and verbal communication, both interpersonal and in public
- An associates or bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in student organizations, preferably work experience for a pro-life or Christian student-focused nonprofit
- Strongly preferred: experience in the pro-life movement
- Ability to work from a home office and travel internationally semi frequently
- Willingness to fundraise your salary before beginning the position
