Summary
The Field Team Operations Coordinator will assist the Field Team with maintaining and
improving SFLA groups in the region. The Field Team Operations Coordinator will assist in
researching new groups, working with leads, and maintaining communication with lower audit
groups. The Operations Coordinator may also be asked to assist with occasional administrative
tasks such as data-entry.

Essential Functions for the Field Team Intern
• Research local schools to find new groups
• Maintain or improve relationships with low audit level groups
• Provide trainings, and other resources, to leads and groups in progress
• Attend events/festivals, in order to network and find leads
• Communicate with leads and assist groups in progress
• Work with Regional Coordinators in supporting regional health
• Creatively problem solve, to achieve group sustainability and find new student
leaders
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Data entry
• Other duties as assigned

Competencies
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and online search
engines. Must be teachable to learn SFLA investor database. Candidates must be self-motivated, a good problem solver, have an entrepreneurial spirit, expert multi-tasker,
maintain confidentiality, able to work independently, and be a highly-organized person.
Candidates must have knowledge of grammar rules and utilize the oxford comma.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates out of their home, with occasional work trips.
Physical Demands
There are no physical demands.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salaried position working at least 45 hours per week. Days and hours of work
are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours can be somewhat flexible by
request.

Travel
There will be occasional travel required, for special events and visiting SFL groups.
Required Education and Experience
At least 1-2 years’ experience in pro-life working/volunteering.
Work Authorization
Must be able to successfully complete an I-9. The I-9 is used for verifying the identity and
employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.
